the real question is this to a lot of these negative comments. have any of u seen the original Pandemonium Video, there is a real drummer and it kicked ass this is just redone and tweaked from that. sounds almost the same. the newer Release shows how fucking epic this album is going to be there is nothing fake at all.

The drums are a little more frantic than most human/real drummers, but she's engaged to a really good drummer who might have just been pushing the fills. Who can say? I don't think the mix is awful at all, and I like it more than the mega-dense Andy James mix on his most recent album, TBH. They're all amazing players.

So far from what I've heard. Her guitar playing earns high marks in my book, and is beyond reproach. However, I do have to agree with some other comments about the leads being buried in the mix. It's kinda difficult for me to discern the complexity of her solos due to the loudness of the Rythm track and also the drums.

I personally like the old mix better. But I see a lot of people on her videos wondering why there's no singing, and quite truthfully I'm glad she doesn't have a singer. When she did We Start Wars that singer was a hot mess live and there were a lot of things she did that ruined Animal Inside. I mean, flat out annoying to where I didn't want to listen to the song. When she was in Kill Slowly, she seemed to be the creating force behind that project and I liked the songs but the singer was far too soft and weak sounding for what the music was. Then she got in a few original bands where I didn't really care for the songs except one she helped write. Then she did We Start Wars and you can just hear when she's the driving force behind the music. She's got a style of writing that after a while you recognize it's her thing. I like her much better on her own where she has control of the song.

Everyone is complaining about the drums. But I wonder only one thing: DOES NITA HAVE AN ANCESTOR FROM SLOVINIA?
Because her name and, more importantly, the surname are very similar to the name Anita and surname Straus...
