I mis spoke about the Ability Stat on the Rogue and want to clarify just in case. The HIGHER your ability stat the lower the Stealth cooldown is!

Wow I didn't realize the rogue's heal was a HoT. I'm dealing with the same thing for bracers, I'm still using the guaranteed bracers from Throne Room on a lot of my heroes.

Just a heads up range increses the range of your spin atk. I was messing around and put everything into it and it was bigger.

I would definitely try out the Chimera bow on the rogue. I've been able to pull over 200m dps (including irradiate) on the dummy with way worse stats than you have. Maybe I just haven't found a good bow yet from the new content, but so far the Chimera bow has been out dps'ing everything else.

I have a 165.83% prop cat and my monkey king puts out more dps than the prop cat. Props cats aren’t as good as you think
