Know Your Destination
Before we embark on this cosmic journey, let’s get to know Jupiter a little bit better.
It is the mighty gas giant of our solar system.
Jupiter, the second brightest planet in the night sky, was first observed by early astronomers bon missions involving the outer planets, with all nine missions entailing encounters with Jupiter, and four of them also venturing to Saturn.

I've always been fascinated by the concept of a journey to Jupiter, especially considering its unique atmospheric composition and the potential to learn more about gas giants. It's intriguing to think about the technological advancements needed for such a mission and what it could reveal about our solar system's history.

It is unlikely any colony on the gas giant itself would be established ever. The two reasons: the high gravity, almost 3 times that of Earth, and the atmosphere made mostly of Hydrogen and Helium making it hard to build a flotation balloon to hold the colony up in the air. Most likely, colonies will be on some of its moons which are outside the radiation belt, like Ganymede. Saturn is a better candidate because at its clouds deck the gravity is almost as that of Earth.

Is there a fabric or something that they could put on to help shield against solar radiation and radiation from Jupiter.

This channel confuses me. Lots of subscribers, high quality production, epic narrator voice (too good to be a real person, like that "David Attenborough"). Yet very few views, only a handful of comments, (one that's definitely a Bot). Sure, some videos are Science Fiction (for now at least), but they're always interesting.

Like I said... I don't understand why this channel doesn't get more interaction.

Jupiter has no surface because it's a gas giant planet.

Nice pictures...could do without the chirpy narrator.
