Dude. I made this for our July 4 gathering. People stopped eating anything else. It is so simple, but the flavors blend in such a delicious way. Let me tell you: adding the cooking liquor from the shrimp makes all the difference. Thank you for such a great recipe.

My favorite seafood restaurant in Mexico uses ketchup, spicy clamato and pico de Gallo. Medium sized Shrimp for the bulk and extra large to rim the glass goblet. Yours looks equally good. Never thought of adding the Shrimp water or cucumber to it. Might give it a try.
