INGREDIENTS (for 4 tacos)👇🏽

For the shrimp:

• 400g raw shrimp (I get 2 200g packs of frozen shrimp)
• 1 heaping tsp paprika
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp garlic powder (or fresh garlic)
• 1 tsp salt and pepper
• 1/2 lime juice
• 1 tsp olive oil

Yellow mango sauce:

• 140g fresh mango (ripe preferably)
• 100g fat free yogurt (Greek yogurt works perfectly)
• 1/2 lime juice
• pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder & chilli flakes

Note:
Keep in mind you will only be using a small amount of this per taco, can store the rest in the fridge for up to a week!

Salsa:

• Finely chopped 1/2 red onion
• Finely chopped 1/2 red green and yellow bell pepper
• Pinch of salt, pepper, paprika and lime juice

For the tacos:

• 4-5 Street mini tortillas (Brand: Mission Foods) toast them on the pan or on the stove top
• About 8 pieces of shrimp per taco
• Salsa
• 3 thin slices of avocado per taco
• 1 tbsp or more mango dressing
• Garnish coriander and lime juice
