When spoken down to by a supervisor or a manager with violence, hatred, anger and a condescending arrogance in their voice, people will leave only to be promptly replaced by weak sycophant's who will do ANYTHING to keep their job. Going to HR or calling in your union rep is a waste of time and you need to recognize that the situation needs to be gotten away from or you will lose your sanity, integrity and humanity possibly leading to workplace violence or even killings. Oftentimes these evil people are put into position by higher ups who have become drunk on the corporate kool-aid and thus irretrievably corrupted and evil themselves. It makes for a very toxic and unhappy work environment when full grown adults are corralled and treated like 5 year olds. The reason these shootings are becoming so rampant isn't just a matter of mental illness, it is because companies are so out of touch with reality and their management ranks are overflowing with evil people and so is HR, that nothing will ever change. Such people need to be identified immediately and removed (shit canned) yesterday!!! This is a national emergency with extreme immediacy!!!

The real reason I quit my job ( qualified skilled employee ) was the hours I was required to work.
Two weeks aft. noon shift ( rotating to days every 2 weeks ) and EVERY weekend. Essentially told them where to go and how to get there. I'm sure they filled my position, but not without the cost of training a new employee.

We need trust

No one was trustful at my company. Gossip, felt like I worked with small children, no one would speak up if I even did something wrong, no one ever got to know me yet I’d at least try to take the time to get to know them. Their were a sense that few I loved because they were truly kind hearted and cared but you don’t see these people in management. Management and another co worker didn’t even know my name, woman started to harass me. So sad how many of these people needed Jesus and yet didn’t even know him at all.

Can't trust someone who tells me its my fault I can't afford my rent because its somehow my fault they pay less than rent and want to push us past the point of acceptable working hours.

i think the reason for the spike in crime is a reflection of how people have been treated at work. many of us spend more time at work than at home.

high managers in companies are very often psychophats (its not my personal opinion, its outcome of many psychological studies) and people with huge ego which is in strict opposite to empathy, that is the main reason people are bosses not leaders. I do not believe you can teach somebody to be leader, it comes from within and is closely connected to character which is finished in early child age. People leave the company when they do not believe it has any sense to stay there (company has bad culture, is paying not enough, there are procedure problems that the company is not willing to change, the employee does not see any space for own development, there are changes on top level and new manager brigs his own team and just gets rid of the old one simply because they want own loyal people and this does not have to necessary anything with poor quality of work actual employee in the team ... etc.). From my point of view the best judgement of the managers quality on top position, is to compare how the company has been dooing when the person started work for the company and after few yrs or when he/she leaves the company

Sad to say.
Leaders now are by selection through education level achieved without experience and is not willing to admit to one mistake and learned from mistakes. Yet created an alliance of one's own to stable position in one company. Blaming others with ideas against them. They are not doing for company interests.

I probably am not even going to watch the video but I will say I'm guessing the main reason people quit their jobs is because everyone they work with and everyone up the ladder acts like they have this callous form of Asperger's syndrome, they want you to be professional and they want you to do your job well but they don't give a damn about their own quality of service, or their relation with their customers.

do we need a lecture about this topic? most people don't want to burn the bridges and disclose the real reason. unless u r moving or got promoted, it is bc u r miserable working with a boss that is unreasonable.
