you want 2x ogre 2x hammerheads and 1x hobgoblin for max drone dps.

also, if you are buffer fit you dont need a cap booster. fit a second web so your heavies can hit frigs more easily (more applied dps i.e. closer to what your fitting window says) and then you can fit a t2 1600 plate and medium neut. you wont be cap stable but no frig can take a medium neut for any length of time and any active tanked ships ships besides ASBs will have problems.

you should also have the CA-1 and 2 geno's for better fitting and cap life, pretty much no matter what

lastly if you are going to brawl with medium turrets you should use either blasters or lasers.
blasters cuz huge dps with void and can hit all of scram range with null; navy antimatter gets relatively really good tracking and hits about half of scram range.
lasers have decent dps and their optimal with dps ammo hits outside of scram range (scorch helps fight off kiters. think nomen and condor).
ACs just half ass both the range and dps and have worse tracking than blasters. only benefit they serve is you can choose your dmg type but since the prophecy has missile hardpoints you might as well use RLMLs

If you're in small gang, you can drop the cap booster for something like a tracking disruptor, long point or something else. That frees up the power grid to fit the 425mm autocannons. You're an autocannon Prophecy (with a stable neut); you aren't exactly a target for neuts in small gang. You could then also do a T2 plate instead of meta 4, and exchange a drone damage amp for another nano-membrane, depending on if you want more tank or damage.

But yeah, besides that, nice fit.

lol this is a battlecruiser and not an assault frigate. let the assault frigates do what they are best at, and you should do what battlecruiser are best at.
You should not form the front line with this ship, rather the middle to backline. I suggest you support your fleet with sentries...
You should not use a Prophecy for brawling. Drone boats should not do that. Even the Harbinger is better suited for this job. Probably a Hyperion is designed to do the brawling at most, not this drone boat.
