this is the longest ive stayed on track with a yoga challenge! im loving how challenging it is compared to others keeps me interested to see what else my body can do! Thank you for this perfect monday flow!! <3

I'm starting my second week today, and I must say that despite some challenging poses included in some of the practices, I'm feeling so much the will to go to my mat and try everything the instructors propose us... Yesterday I even thought about doing two days of this program in one (in the morning and at evening)... Anyway, I see my anxious for the practices one thing I must work on it =)
Thank you all for the videos. It is the first time I'm watching alo yoga videos, and I'm loving them!

I do like it, i felt good but it was kind of different sensation i usually have when I practie YIN YOGA or a yoga class. I felt relaxed & it made me feel like I need to go to bed. Maybe bkz I practiced it after 4a.m.

I’ve come back to this 30 day reset every spring and Caley’s incredible talent of bringing functionality into yoga flow always gives my body what it needs and some more❤ One of my absolutely favorite yogis🙏🏼
