I love these videos with pairs of segments handpicked from a single How It's Made episode. I hope Science Channel continues them with other seasons!

Was really hoping that we were going to learn about SUVs being made from laminated wood beams.

If only there was a tool to lift the frame up off the the ground so the guy welding didn't have to bend over so much.

Wood beams hold the load better than steel when there's a fire.

Why it's not called as Jeep? If real engine and nitrogen mix for the temperature maintenance, like leak of nitrogen will still seem like smoke of oil but still, to support the batteries anyway. Means an electronic jeep. Other cooling metal too.

“250 Person hours…”. If we can’t use man hours anymore How about we use work hours instead. Person hours sounds terrible.

You did a subtle clickbait here guys. Where is laminated wooden beam in the SUV?

I wanted to see the machine that planes that big curved beam. That's not an SUV, it's a copy of a Jeep. An Explorer, Navigator, Tahoe, Yukon, or a CRX as long as it has 4 cupholders per seat, charging ports and screens on the seat backs. That Icon is an unheated box with wheels
