Here in Canada, a lot of people called them the “Mrs.” as in wife’s car. But probably the best mid-engine, rear-drive, 2 seat (or M-R-2) value EVER built. I’d kill for that one…. Love Doug’s Cars…. You have great taste!

Yeah, clean indeed and definitely repainted! You can tell by the missing accent lines. 😅 I'm getting mine repainted right now, some color and everything!

OMG! Talk about the best car on the market. Im actually trying to get another gen one MR2, 1989. The boxy boy. Then would like to deck it out. Been at least 20 yrs since my first and last one. Gen 2 are also awesome. Now the spyders? Notta. Not a MR2.

It's amazing how toyota went from this to the lame MK3...what were they thinking? Let's hope they don't ruin it even more with the upcoming MK4
