9 story buildings need to have retail/office/gyms-yoga and be in the Lakewood Towne Center only - where no trees will be affected, please do not remove trees along Gravelly Lake Drive, especially our valuable oak trees, this will destroy the aesthetic of our city. Trees are a signature feature of our city, and put the wood in Lakewood. Trees have already been removed along Bridgeport way, why not use this for the big builds (mixed use please) and still located close to what the city staff clearly want. There should be concern about what bringing only apartments and not commercial will do to our city. Please also consider Architectural guidelines for these buildings so we don't end up with hodge podge buildings all over our city. If we can't fight the state requirements, we can at the very least be thoughtful about what we can do to save the best parts of our city.
