A tip that I've seen when false eyelashes lift on the inner corner is to apply eyelash glue on your eyelid as well. I've tried it and it really does keep the eyelashes from lifting. Double the glue, double the strength 💪

I'm pretty sure I have that liner, and it's a brush tip. It's my favorite! It's so easy to use. I havent had an issue with it, but like you said it could have been the combo.
