Hi Joana! Loved your knitting and crochet projects! I think your crochet blanket is very pretty! I'm crocheting a blanket too, for my daughter. I also attend a Knitting Club. It's monthly, on every 3rd Sunday, in Setúbal. I don't go there much, but I go whenever I can.

I've knit socks for a long time, I always wash my socks in my washing machine on the delicate/wool cycle (cold water) and then air dry, lay flat on drying rack. I do knit my socks on 1.75mm or 2mm needles, depending on the type of sock/fingering weight yarn. And the other thing is that many of my socks have lasted for over 10 years because I have a LOT of socks so each pair I have isn't worn very often - I do wear my socks in shoes/boots or in slippers. Your crochet blanket is very pretty; I love making crochet blankets.
