Norway - Land Of The Midnight Sun (4K)

Having self built a camper-van during lockdown I made sure Norway was one of the first big tests for it. I took the more challenging route taking the ferry from 'Hirtshals' in Denmark to 'Kristiansand' in Norway, then zig-zagging my way through the Fjordland area and up-to Lofoten Isles and later Nordkapp (The furthermost point in Europe).
The trip was foremost about testing my van and getting back into nature after a nearly 3 year hiatus.. The drone videos were merely supplementary.
From south UK the total trip milage was approximately 6000 miles.
The drive back from Nordkapp (not filmed) was through Finland and the entire length of Sweden then taking the Øresund Bridge from Malmo to Copenhagen, through the rest of Denmark and north Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and France. Dunkirk Ferry back to Dover UK.
Filmed over 24 days during May on the Mavic 2 Pro drone.
May is a good time to visit Norway but beware that many mountain roads are still shut so some places won't be accessible until end of May beginning of June.
May / June and July will see you 24 hour sunlight in the northernmost regions.
