WauanaBoom has record-breaking attendance despite rain

Hundreds of families gathered at Ripp Park with chairs and tents in tow for the annual fireworks display. Most activities kicked off at 2:00 p.m., with fireworks lighting up the sky at 9:45 p.m. The only change to the schedule was the cancellation of the Black Hawk Helicopter Landing due to weather, however they were able to still fly above the crowd.
