Mindfullness techniques are important tools in my mental health tool box... it makes me sad when people dismiss it because it's not a magic pill.

I agree. You shouldent need goals. if you dont have goals for this year that is fine, just keeping on what you did last year is very allowed.

I still need to figure out my goals and by now I usually have a list. I enjoyed hearing your goals. I like that you are going to slow down! Aw. Wonderful. Hope you are able to move things and sell your other flat. Do you rent it out?
