FOR THE FINAL TIME THAT IS NOT HOW CAPTURING RADIANCE WORKS, it will boost the chance of getting the limited banner character not actually getting it guaranteed :/ the Devs even said it themselves in the livestream :/

I get this part well. What I don't get is that, will your next character be a guaranteed limited five star if you activate the Capturing Radiance Mechanic? Does it count as a "lost 50/50"? and if so, will the next 5 star you get be the featured five star?
