Dude, stop with the self loathing. You’re part of the blender community and I think there is more support there for you than you realize. I come here to see the occasional sparks of you going batshit crazy in search of all quads/subd pursuit and it’s worth it. Honestly, if it weren’t for creators like you, the blender team itself, there’d be no point to blender. Your addons sell because they provide value, your videos do well because at the end of the day, the message is a cleaner topology and efficient workflow. I’d rather listen to you talk about your experience working in call center than dwell in things you have no control off. Also, i believe the more experience someone gains in 3d modeling, the more they start to understand the appeal of “illusion” over “perfect everything”. I enjoyed this video for what it was, would probably buy the add on too in the future.

I'm glad to see some new content from the man himself. Thanks for dropping new tools and demos and keeping hops ecosystem up to date.

This is a great and useful tool... My workflow will have to be readjusted, but I am ready for this beautiful adventure

I understand what you mean trying to explain what nflow does. If I may, to anyone coming to this video afterwards, what nflow does is exposes to the user the underlying python "methods" or "code" that is happening behind the scenes when you press a hotkey or click a menu button and allows you to customize when they trigger at will (and save them to presets).

Example: do you hate using "gg" to slide an edge or vert? No problem, grab the raw "code chunk" that Blender uses to slide stuff and rebind it however you wish to lmb, mmb, shift or ctrl+...Oh, now you can also customize if sliding is just verts, edges, if you want just 1 or multiple per action by choosing "add" in the customizable activation logic, etc. Another example, while playing around with this I was poking faces but it kept the current selection afterwards so I'd get successive pokes where I didn't want them. Annoying. Instead of pressing "aa" every time to select and deselect all, I bound "Select->None" to shift + lmb. Boom. Wow, 1 action.

Or, or...you can rebind subdivide to automatically execute every lmb click when you highlight an edge! You don't even have to select the ones you want first! And it works for other addons just by changing the filter options so it picks them up!! The light bulb has come on. Oh my, good job good sir. I bought nSolve/nFlow without a clear idea how it worked but I knew TeamC makes great products from HOps/Boxcutter. I am certainly not disappointed in hindsight.

You’ve been talking about making music. Are you the one making the intro/transition Blender songs? If so, I have questions (e.g. who’s singing; is it a band of Blender fans or hired artists; who’s producing).

Hey boss, just wanted to let you know there's an issue with gumroad downloads. I don't want your tool to get any more 1 star reviews.

I made this model three times faster using regular Blender tools than wasting time on countless settings and switching modes in your plugins. Yes, in some situations some features help, but most only hinder the work. Don't be offended :)
