I see no reason to buy Ubiquiti's expensive cables. Ethernet is a spec for a reason, any in-spec cable will work, and, it's honestly hard to find cables that aren't nowadays.

I would call them underspeced. Just like Chinese flat cables. Manufacturers can print anything on a cable. But standard CAT6A 26AWG S/FTP patch cables are up to spec. I would not go with any thin or flat cable :) Wonder how hot they get if used with PoE++ at maximum length.

Do I need to buy UACC-Cable-DoorLockRelay-1P the cable from Ubiquiti for Door access? Or can I use any other similar one? I don’t need 100meter worth. Only 5m
