Mahkamah Konstitusi menolak uji materi UU Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilu khususnya yang mengatur soal ambang batas pencalonan presiden atau presidential threshold. Ketua MK Arief Hidayat menilai gugatan itu tidak beralasan secara hukum.
