HOW TO FIX TF2 SPRAYS

In this video, I want to show "how to fix the sprays in TF2".
HERE commands:

cl_playerspraydisable "0"

r_decals "200"

r_spray_lifetime "4"

I accidentaly put the r_decals 0 in my autoexec file while following a optimization guide and it took me like 1 year to notice it and remove the command (not kidding)

I can only see my own sprays. I know there's an option in the advanced options to turn off other player's sprays but I don't have that option on, but I still can't see sprays besides my own

it's now in advanced settings tab under sprays option
