I'm a machinist and as such I know how small 1 ten thousanth of an inch is. You can see it with a human eye. It makes me wonder how they found this stuff. I have machined all of those materials and I can't believe it's possible to make wire out of tungsten 1ten thousanth of an inch. If you want to think about it, just take a ruler and try to divide an inch into ten thousand equal parts and then you will know what I mean. That would be about the size of molecular particles that could not hold together to make a spiral. I'd have to see this stuff in person to believe it.

I remember learning OOPAs ("Out of Places Artifacts") in College when studying "Math by the Numbers". Interesting course regarding how so many aspects regarding our daily life in all forms (socially, economically, politically, scientifically, etc) just don't "add up", and on how Math is used to be misinform and misuse to the public. Opens up topics regarding what really is and what is possible but may be proven if it is when it is "untrue". One of the novels I've study in that class and in once in awhile I think about is called: A MATHMATICIAN READS THE NEWSPAPER by John Allen Paulos, really open my mind regarding how misinformation is used to control the masses.
