As always I want to thank you for following along and support my real estate journey from day 1 as a real estate agent. I make these videos because unfortunately many new real estate agents start their real estate careers completely in the dark. Then when a new real estate agent tries to find out the best ways to build their real estate business they bombarded by all these coaching trying to sell you their way to becoming a successful real estate agent. I want to be the beacon of transparency showing everyone exactly what being a real estate agent is all about. I have nothing for sale and I just try to document my journey in this real estate game and share some of the lesson I learn along the way. I started my real estate career at 21 years old so you could say I was a young real estate agent so there were many obstacle in my way. If you followed me long enough you can see the growth over the years and that is the main thing I want to get across.

I can relate to this at another level, I’m 18 and just got into my 3rd month as an agent, I’ve had 3 rental clients that unfortunately have not lead to my first transaction, most of the time I stress myself out trying to figure out effective ways to create lead generation with such limited money that I have saved up and just thinking how much longer will it take before I get my first transaction but i know that if I stay consistent and stay focused I will succeed and I will achieve my goals no matter if it’s I n 3 months or 12 months, Aram I appreciate all the super straight forward videos and thank you for always keeping it real and not sugar coating anything !

Appreciate the video, feels like I’ve been doing this for a long time with no actual clients but I just checked and I did my first open house 21/2 months ago and have been doing 2-4 open houses a week since and still have no clients just leads but I just finished my crms started following up with people today. Not only are your videos extremely informative, but you're also hilarious! Thank you for giving the details and sharing the wealth of knowledge you've gained through the years. Whether its self help, informative, etc. Reading keeps the brain juices flowing and keeps us sharp while learning new things. They say it takes a village to raise a child and the same can be said for getting a new realtor up and running. I am so glad to come across your amazing content. Any time I get a gift card for a book store or somewhere I can read something, I try to buy a business idol's book or real estate related literature of some sort to learn more about various walks of life and parts of this multifaceted industry.
