We're in business now folks...major purchase in this episode and a very large step toward having farm number 1 set up.

If you want to survive a hard economy in Riverbend you better be willing to get to work for other farms (contracts) and if you're up for it, help rebuild that old grain building museum by finding those $10k collectables. The contracts take lot's of time but with volume they will pay off.

Let me know if you like the direction I'm going...I pre-recorded a few episodes (8 total) into the future so if you make a suggestion it might be bit before I can address it in game but I live in the comments and we'll be able to discuss right away there.

You were in the right place at the wagon builder. You just have to jump over the roped in the area, and it's in the next room. 😂👌

love the progress! turns out to be a very balanced series.. greenhouses, animals, a bit of woodworking, grass, a construction project, some contracts. you even have a house on this one!

38:36 when you have a tool attached to a tractor the "health" will be effected by the damage on the tool as well. Should always remove or detach all tools before checking the maintenance level of a tractor.

54:33 I did warn you it's expensive to buy the materials for the constructible shed 😆

You have to add your lime before the crop sprouts. Same goes for rolling that have to be done before things grow.

3 large greenhouses growing lettuce will bring in massive money! No other crop in the greenhouse even comes close. Somewhere around 30k per month in lettuce with 3 of them.

Nice one 👍 Pretty sure the application of lime has no effect once the crop has germinated, so only the newly cultivated parts of your grass field received a dusting. Man those constructible sheds are expensive, looking forward to seeing yours finished though. Will you be trading in the JD with 50 + hours on it? They can become a money sink after a while. 🙂

From what I understand, equipment keeps deteriorating quicker until it reaches 50 hours and then it just stays at that level. There is a workshop mod that I'd highly recommend. It's 10k and when you park a vehicle in front of it, the workers fix and wash your equipment. It does cost 4k a month in expenses but I feel it's worth it to get that off your plate.

You could even turn them 2 fields into 1 giant cotton field.

Greenhouses not a money maker? When you consider that they only need water you'll soon see that they are a printing machine.
