This song causes my mind to ponder a small story

There was an actor who was incredibly talented. He had plenty of roles, and his skill was a marvel to behold. One day he was the hero, while the next he would appear as a cold and calculating villian. These roles however, slowly took a toll. As he toiled on the stage as a subject of amusement his mind shattered like glass. His ambitions became lost, what he searched for on stage had been lost by the roles he played. So much so that nobody knew the type of person he was off stage. The truth is that the moment he went back to his apartment, he would collapse and be unable to get up untill he was called for his next roll. He would play little heroes, and chained villains. he would act his days away, pretending everything is ok and playing a pretense that he was a successful individual. However, in truth, he was in the midsts of a breakdown. He felt that he was just a tool to play roles. It was as if he was the subject of a hivemind. However by the time he had this thought, he had resigned to the part he had to play.
