The Manor of Kuzminki is the former estate of the Golitsyn family, located in present day Kuzmunsky Park in the Moscow district of Kuzminki and Vykhino-Zhulebino .The estate is located on b oth sides of the Churilikhi River (Ponomarki).
The original lands were mentioned in "The book of the Moscow Uzezd" dating to 1623-1624.. Later in the 18th century, the lands were endowed to the Golitsyn family.

In 1757 Anna Alexandrovna (1739-1816), the eldest daughter of A.G. Stroganov (from the second marriage), married Prince Mikhail Mikhailovich Golitsyn (1731-1804), the younger brother of the vice-chancellor . In the dowry she brought him Vlakherna with 518 tithes of land. Golitsyn estate belonged to the very revolution.
Under Prince Michael Golitsyn, the estate is being renovated, landscaped and expanded. He paid much attention to landscape design and during this period on the river a cascade of four ponds was constructed.....
