and well, it was disappointing...

There's a Discord bot called Sidekick that lists Discord E-Girls for hire for "Just Chatting", "Watching YouTube", or the worst of the worst, "Virtual Dating". Sidekick will also go into Discord dating servers and recruit E-Girls to join their platform as "models".

Now uhh, this is going to be a disaster.

Update:
I went into the server to ask questions from the Sidekick team. Most of my questions got dodged. Specifically around fake engagement. I got no solid answer from the team and instead I got a message in broken english "Give you a kiss". I'm pretty irritated that this company is not taking any accountability, but it's also the crypto scene, people are horrible there.

In terms of the underage users, they did say: "Moderation is going to be applied, that is for sure (in reference to underage users)". I have my doubts given everything above.

This is disturbing. Highly disturbing. I don't understand why Discord doesn't just immediately banhammer this. I worked as a network admin on a large IRC network, and even back 10-20 years ago, we kept on top of stuff super well, and would have put a very swift end to this.

Tbh i don't even think those "e-girls" are real. They just used a lot of asian girl photos which i assume they got from twitter or instagram and picked few cosplayer photos like the latex queen. I wish you reached to any girls or buy services from them just to prove that those are scam and not real people but i understand not wasting money on stupid scams like this :D
