What a great attitude from Piastri. Sent out late by his team in the worsening conditions in qualifying put him in a position to be near the accident. Instead of focussing on being effectively taken out of the race by someone else’s crash and bad rules (according to Ricciardo’s take) Oscar focussed on the fact that he got to drive the full race and learn the track.

piastri just WONT blame any outside circumstances for any of his bad races, even when he would be right to do so or gets hit by other drivers. the kid is wise and he got that dog in him
