How To Defend Your Faith || Best Sermon Ever || Christian Apologetics

As a Christian, you may often times have to defend your faith.
So how do you defend your faith as a Christian against questions like:
"Where is the proof of God?
Where is the evidence of God's existence?
How can you prove God is real?"

In Christian Apologetics, we sometimes believe we HAVE to know EVERYTHING regarding our faith in God. it's amazing how I typed " how to defend your faith as a Christian" into YouTube looking for facts, evidence, and logical reasonings about how Christians were right and evolution, Buddhism, etc. was wrong. This was no later than 15 mins after walking into an ice creamery and seeing a man with a shirt saying something along the lines of "leave it (God/Jesus) at church for Sunday". that was it, no other context, just a blatant statement meant to antagonize and mock Christians. I usually have thick skin but seeing that made me want to come and reassure my faith with facts and reasoning. I believe that this message was word for word the exact message I needed to listen to. I used to be one of those people who always seem to have or try to have an answer to everything because I wanted to genuinely help people (i.e. little stuff like math questions, store times, etc.) and when there was something that I did not know, I just made a guess but learned that it was okay to say I don't know. I never even thought that I was doing it unknowingly with the Word of God. I also thank you for preaching "lead by example". I have seen people reject God because someone told them about God using statistics and facts and all of this stuff. I guess that's what makes the YT videos interesting but saying I don't know, I believe, it takes way more strength to admit that I don't know. thanks for the video, and if you made it this far in the comment, thanks for reading this little rant/idek. :)

I believe that God puts things in your life just when you need it most. You talk of those moments of answered prayer that prove his strength and for me that sermon was an answered prayer. I went to the internet to try and I find answers for a friend that made me feel helpless when it came to my own faith. All I can say is thank you so much. Very beautiful testimony. I can relate, this past year has been the hardest to get through. My daddy and uncle was murdered and no justice has been served yet. My mom is sick and I was feeling like everything was falling apart. But God has picked me up and carried me. So many miraculous things he's done this past year many people dont believe me when I tell them. Thank you

I didn't find God until I met brother Fred Parker at a homeless shelter in West Memphis Arkansas before I came out here and that's a miracle story in itself how he got out of here I was the worst of the worst I had a terrible life the many many many things I'm not proud of that all suicide attempts, jail time, lots of friends lost. Drugs alcohol lying cheating stealing I did it all. But when I got here that wonderful Christian of a man brother Fred taught me about the Bible when no one ever taught me before he passed away and I'm proud to say that I am a firm believer in God I have faith that as unsurmountable that has put me put in places I never thought I'd ever be in my life the most amazing thing was a 15-minute speech I gave to youth group before midnight it was my 15 minutes before midnight I thought they would be 15 kids there there were about 200 250 and the holy Spirit spoke through me somewhat you need one of those over like you never wanted to see me again feel more crying and hug me that meant so much to me and I'll never forget it God will use the most miserable people in the world the most worthless no-good terrible disgusting of the world for his good there many many people out here that will back me up and they know I'm a man of my word they know me is Floyd not they had no idea who I was before and I know who I am now follow God every chance I get I tell people about him and I'm going to continue in touch with the guy died if he wants me to do anything else all he has to do is just show me the way if you don't believe come talk to me I think I can help you out.

Thank you for sharing. I started writing a Personal Testimony letter tonight to obtain a MA in Apologetics and was lead here. I also worked as an enforcement officer. Although I didn't get arrested, I was 0.01 away from not passing a breathalyzer, I nearly fell asleep into oncoming traffic, and nearly committed suicide. Jesus came to me and gave me some serious CPR. And now here I am 2 years later applying to a theology school. I feel like the holy spirit is leading me there to gain leadership skills. I agree totally with the unapologetic apologetic regarding the supernatural work of salvation as the honest starting point for any interaction. However, all the questions listed do matter. It is important to give a reasoned defense of the faith within you, which you should apologetically place upon the foundation of God's supernatural work alone.
