Hey Dean, if Tom riddle created a horcrux at the age of 16, then how did the trace not detect it and have him arrested.
Harry got caught for performing wandless magic on his aunt so how could the trace not detect Tom Riddle performing a soul splitting murder ritual. It makes no sense?
