Hey. I just bought the av1000 and I'm getting the same amount of ping as I would on WiFi. I'm also using a cat 8 ethernet cable for the one connected to my router. Is there anything I can do to make my ping lower. Like using both the ethernet cables that came with it.

Hey there TP-Link.
So I got my PC up and running nice and fast with the ethernet cable but my Laptop can't seem to connect to the "Adapter" Wireless at 1:35.
We copied the address for the extender already but my laptop's wifi can't find the "adaptor" only the usual modem itself, which is far away

I see a red dot on homelink light how do i fix it? One connected to router in on first story and the other is connected to my pc on the second stort of my house. Is it too far to conect?

Does the base and remote needs to be on the same electrical breaker switch or can they be plugged into different electrical breaker switches in the house i.e the base is plugged in to an outlet on breaker 1 and the remote is plugged in to an outlet on breaker 5, will it connect and work?

I’ve got these exact adapters but when I plug them in and try to connect they won’t work and when plugged in but not connected to the router they stop the home wifi from working on any pc/laptop/iPad in the house, however the wifi still works for all phones. What’s going on and how do I fix this?

Mine aren't doing anything like in the video, and no wifi channels show up when plugged in. I've even reset them and did a firmware update via TP-Link's website with the correct version. They are plugged into the same room, straight into the wall, doing the steps in the exact same order, but no connection. and the "home" looking button never lights up.

Im getting xfinity wifi (with the gateway) installed in my house this week and i would really like a wired connection, but my router is going to be downstairs. I'm not bright when it comes to wifi but id like to know if my connection be as good with this or would i be better off getting some really long ethernet cable?
