when me and my irls tested we found out that you actually nerf raiden by using electro dmg goblet, and atk is the go to. as her ER caps at 270 and electro dmg is converted by her skills, you would benefit more from that. Great video overall and really simple, everything else is spot on!

Skyward Spine Raiden user here. While it isn’t as good as the Catch numbers-wise, the crit rate boost can’t be ignored, and the attack speed boost carries over to her burst as well, which is handy because of how short the window of time to do damage with it is. With all of this on top of it being an ER weapon, it’s very serviceable as long as you’re not looking to minmax and are willing to handle the extra demand for a handful of ER substats, though with an ER sands and two ER substats on other artifacts, my Raiden is sitting at a comfortable 250-ish ER.
