After my second shot of the Pfizer vaccine I only had a very sore arm to deal with. I'm very grateful that this went well.

We were delayed slightly because of the storm in getting the second shot, but Denton County Public Health kept us informed and updated throughout. They are absolutely outstanding and I would sing their praises any day. We did receive our second dose last week at Texas Motor Speedway. The process could not have been run more efficiently. I had no side effects with either dose, my wife had a sore arm, fatigue, headache and some nausea with the second dose. All in all a very positive experience.

The first Moderna injection gave me slight headache. Ten hours after the second I experienced chills for a few hours then a slight fever followed by a moderate headache. I took a single Excederin tablet and was fine thereafter. My second Moderna was given 35 days after the first.

The nurse that fainted and died days later said she felt fine while being interviewed.

Thanks for doing all these PSAs. I'm sure you are busy enough without adding this!

Received my first Moderno vaccine . I am feeling a lot of aches and pains and it’s been three days. I’m suffering with osteoarthritis . Several of my friends have been infected with Covid and they have had both of their shots. Drs . told them if they were not vaccinated they could possibly be in the hospital on a ventilator . Some of my patriot friends have given me a lot of grief for getting the shot. I am just concerned and I’m getting older now and I don’t want to wind up in a hospital on a ventilator . I am new to your channel. Is there any medication that I can take for my arthritis besides ibuprofen ?

I can't believe Mrs. "B" is 77. She looks fantastic!

Mr. and Mrs. B look healthy and youthful and I strongly believe these vaccinations work well for those who are healthy, took good care of themselves. My neighbor had her second shot March 03, she's 90 and she did splendidly, not even a sore injection site. She has always lived a very healthy lifestyle, being a runner up to the age of 75. My friends 100 y/o grandmother passed a few weeks ago from Covid, but it did not take her w/o a fight, she was tough. She too took excellent care of herself throughout her life. I feel those who didn't, have health issues and underlined issues are the ones who can't handle these shots.

Mr and Mrs B are awesome!
Heck, for Mr B, I feel dull-headed nearly everyday - it's just my nature. :D
Thanks, Dr. Risinger, for these updates - Florida is opening up vaccinations for those 60 and over on Monday and I'll be booking as soon as possible!
I really appreciate the information and insight you provide, thanks! :)

Austin Public Health never contacted me, so I lied to H‑E‑B to get my second dose, and drove 100 miles to receive it. H‑E‑B was offering only first doses, so I signed up for another first dose. It’s a great feeling to be fully vaccinated. Both shots were Moderna, and I experienced only fatigue for two days as a side effect.
