Cajun Tomahawk Ribeye? Lets make it! 🙌🔥🥩

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Dan-O's Cajun
- 2.5 lbs Tomahawk steaks
- Cajun Injection Creole butter, 16 oz (for injection)
- Mesquite wood (for grilling)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Injection
- Assemble your injector and fill it with Creole butter.
2. Inject the Steaks
- Inject the Creole butter into the tomahawk steaks. Flip the steaks over and inject the other side. Use about half of the jar of butter.
3. Season the Steaks
- Season generously both sides of the steaks with Dan-O's Cajun. Allow the seasoning to penetrate while the steaks rest.
4. Preheat the Grill
- Prepare your outdoor grill with mesquite wood for a smoky flavor.
5. Marinate
- Let the seasoned steaks marinate for about 45 minutes.
6. Cook the Tomahawk
- Place the marinated tomahawk on the grill. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 120°F.
7. Serve
- Enjoy your Cajun Dantastic tomahawks!

I have finally found your seasonings at my local Walmart, I will say they don't carry all your different seasonings but the ones they do carry are FUCKIN PHENOMENAL I love that you've incorporated herbs and spices and less salt to make a real season/rub, the flavor is perfect and I have been able to make some of the best food of my mom-life career using your products ❤❤❤❤ THANK YOU FOR DOING IT RIGHT DAN-O

If you inject it horizontally and slowly push the plunger as you pull it out, the liquid will stay in the meat longer. But that's just my experience and opinion though.

altering the flavor of a prime cut is not needed, lots of salt and perhaps pepper and the coals give it enough flavor, that is what you paid for. all that injection and dry spice is for other kinds of meat, such as poultry, pork roasts and such.

When ever I inject any meat I use butter with the liquid let it coagulate a little and inject while the meat is cold so it stays inside the meat
