Cajun Tomahawk Ribeye? Lets make it! 🙌🔥🥩
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Dan-O's Cajun
- 2.5 lbs Tomahawk steaks
- Cajun Injection Creole butter, 16 oz (for injection)
- Mesquite wood (for grilling)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Injection
- Assemble your injector and fill it with Creole butter.
2. Inject the Steaks
- Inject the Creole butter into the tomahawk steaks. Flip the steaks over and inject the other side. Use about half of the jar of butter.
3. Season the Steaks
- Season generously both sides of the steaks with Dan-O's Cajun. Allow the seasoning to penetrate while the steaks rest.
4. Preheat the Grill
- Prepare your outdoor grill with mesquite wood for a smoky flavor.
5. Marinate
- Let the seasoned steaks marinate for about 45 minutes.
6. Cook the Tomahawk
- Place the marinated tomahawk on the grill. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 120°F.
7. Serve
