Diy twin jet drive electric surfboard the ultimate tutorial. In part 7 i am installing the twin jet drives using black silicon and fully laminating the electric surfboard in carbon fibre with 2 part epoxy resin.I am using 200 gram carbon fibre which is only 50cm wide so i am laminating the surfboard rails first. I finnish of by using various sandpaper grits to give the jetboard a smooth finnish. i strive to create a duel direct jetdrive motorized electric jet board running twin electric motors.This diy jetsurf will be powered by lithium batterie's and be able to stand up to some of the best power surfboards out there. Being a homemade electric surfboard there are a lot of factor's to consider so In these tutorial's i go through pretty much each process in crafting a water jet powered surfboard so that it can help other's also interested in building there own personal watercraft.
