How to FIX Overwatch 2 Capped at 60 FPS on PC (Unlock FPS)

Do you want to know how to FIX OVERWATCH 2 capped at 60 FPS on PC to do this go to settings, then go to video settings TURN OFF Vertical sync and also choose your desired frame rate and turn this above 60 FPS, you can turn this up to 120 FPS if you wanted too. Also, go to the NVIDIA Control Center and then turn off vertical V Sync!

I've set a custom frame rate, but it's still stuck at 60fps. what do I have to do ? previously it could be up to 300fps

I recently installed the new update. Since then fps has been off. I try using custom fps but i cant find the desired fps slider. In the resolution it shows 1080p 240 fps but it doesnt hit the target as it used to before the update. I have turned vsnyc off but still no solution. I have a rtx 2060 super

i also think menu frame-rate it capped at 60 or the counter is broken

GUYS! If it didn’t work, check your resolution settings!!! Mine was set to “1920 X 1080 (60)” which is why it was capped at 60 frames, just choose the frame rate you want through the resolution tab

when i pick "custom" desired frame rate does not apear, only max framerate

I don't understand why I have 60 fps with vsync if my monitor is 144hz. In other games vsync gives me 144fps.

this is so stupid btw. why does overwatch put the FPS slider under video. it should be under controls like every single other game on the market.

Why would someone want more FPS and get screen tearing? The game checks the maximum refreshrate itslef and sets it so that tearing wont happen

I had this problem where I wasn't able to open Nvidia Control Center, It fixed by launching GForceExperience, it updated somethings and then Nvidia Control Center was able to open properly.

Noticed my FPS latetly have been off, would display 200FPS, but would be 60FPS gameplay, didn't have this problem on my laptop which I thought was strange, changing the Nvida setting seems to have fixed it.

Newest NVIDIA drivers reset monitor refresh rate so try changing that too.

mine is not capped but sometimes mid game it just drops to 60 and then goes straight up... really annoying any solution?
