The show was fantastic. I love the way the creators blended the relationship stuff with the spy stuff so seamlessly together. I also loved how “the company” created tension and stress to where every message that appeared changed the mood of each episode on its head. The most important factor in this series was the strong chemistry between Glover and Erskine, they were solid. From their first meeting to the panic room scene in the finale there was a realness and relatability to them as a couple. This series deserves a season two while Glover and Erskine deserve applause for creating a product that didn’t fold to early unwarranted criticism of being a reboot.

Love ❤ this take on modern relationships, it's about couples dealing with their expectations, flaws, career vs family dynamics, it's very well written and intellectual.

Just half way through, but the key word is chemistry. There's a casual intimacy between the leads that adds a naturalness in what would be an outrageous unnatural scenario. Why pair up couples in a fake marriage to accomplish spy missions, when they could easily be simply partners? But that would be defeating the shows point. Work life, home life, trust, one's goals, etc, all are blended within each episode. Those calling it slow aren't watching the same show. Remember when CBS tried to create a series from True Lies? How well did that turn out?

I really like it when actors don't "act" which sounds like an oxymoron but what I'm referring to is natural acting. When it feels like a real reaction or interaction and a camera just happens to be there to capture it. A couple prime examples would be the argument scene in the woods and the therapist’s office. Both scenes really felt improvised. Scenes like that are precisely what I love about the series. The natural flow of each episode strongly suggests that the actors were allowed to deviate from the script. They likely received a scene structure but were given the freedom to explore and improvise, which added a genuine and spontaneous feel to their performances. It's a good show.

Its a nice idea and all.My only problem is that i don't like the characters.I wasn't expecting to see so much drama.I haven't watched the movie yet but i thought the characters was supposed to be bad ass not some quirky type characters imo.I guess ill go watch poldark or some sht 😐

the first episode literally was terrible... unreal and awkward timed dialogue... the action scene made no sense... the box switch not being the same weight, the bomb going off and nobody covering ther ears... running into a kitchen with blood on your face and nobody ask any questions... this writing is bad and acting is not that great.. hope it gets better

I wish the ones in the beginning that they killed off would of been the actors for this remake. Not happy about the new Jane.
