The Macedonian government officially changed their name from the "Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia" to "Republic of North Macedonia" about 6 weeks ago. It's quite an interesting story as to why it was changed and it's worth researching. There's probably a bunch of good YouTube videos on the subject out there

Albania fired their manager yeah. Their qualfying campaign is basically over before it begun.

So Germany are back huh? About time. Low out is no more, at least until Euro 2020. And yes, Scotland are done after making maybe the most memey start possible. Actually, they were done after the first game. They got out shut out by Borat’s team and Russia scored in Belgium.

I think the Germany result will just give the side confidence which I'd say isn't completely deserved. They did win, though fairly unconvincingly, but this is the equivalent of a club derby, and its the kind of match where form can be thrown away. And the game highlights that they still have problems, there's not much wrong with the players, when you have players like Sane, Kroos and Kimmich you really have no reason to complain, but I think this will, unfortunately, extend Löwe's time to an unhealthy point, when looking at it since the beginning of 2018, they've won three games, one against Saudi Arabia, and two requiring late winners. This doesn't particularly scream everything's okay.

Yes Scotland's campaign is done but then the best they could hope for is 3rd and considering the fact they have a playoff regardless of their campaign I think they don't care.

I don’t think England will beat Montenegro...England have only beaten Montenegro once in their 4 games. Plus, Montenegro are playing at home, and they’re never easy, so I think it will be a draw. Montenegro did draw both of their home matches against England, 2-2 in 2011, 1-1 in 2012, and they even managed to hold off England at Wembley, 0-0, back in 2010.
