What I try to tell kids that want to be a "Chef" is there is a side of the commercial kitchen
the Food Network doesn't show you... It's hard frickin work.
When I was working in it -the blur of the rush, the activity, the fights and "other" stuff...I found it addicting...
Glad I'm not doing it anymore.
