IDK about the rest of you, but I liked the change in the game's title from Dreadwolf to Veilguard. It seems more appropriate, given that people are more knowledgeable about tears in the veil after experiencing the issues that arose with Corypheus and his b.s.

At the end of trespassers, no matter what you did, they were to gain Intel and stop solas.... saying they aren't prominent in the story seems a little weird. Was the ending just thrown away?

The specializations sound like the same classes from inquisition. I’m not complaining, just surprised nobody had any new ideas.

If the companions are really just pushed into the background like hitting enemys with almost no dmg except when you tell them to spellcast something I'm afraid it will sugg..

This helped me I think, I’m going for a qun mage on my first play through, and I can’t decide between shadow dragons or lords of Fortune, I’m leading towards dragons but thought an Oxmen working for the resistance would be hard to sell, but if they give me the option of being a freed slave or Qun spy I could work with that

Mages with access to only three active spells is really really not good. What mage only memorizes three spells at a time….

All very interesting. Causiously optimistic. Need to see more combat and see how many skills will we truly have available in combat (only 3 for us. I dont count the companion skills).

So is necromancy going to be anything like our usual necromancy? Like summoning dead, skellies, zombies etc?

Iirc there was a very underwhelming sipirit minion or sth for DAI's necromancy

Wheres the loot, diff weapons, and jesus i still just hate the enemy redesigns. The demons all look dumb. The pride demon and ogre especially not intimidating anymore.

Even down to the style of the swords Venatori were swinging. "Guys, i have a sword design idea. Lets make a double front curve sword - imagine a lightning bolt with rounded edges."
