Animals understand kind people.
There was a stray cat that I used to feed every now and then. Later I saw that the stray was pregnant and so I gave her more food.
One day she would 'nt eave me alone and she was huge. She layed down and let me feel her stomach. I assumed that she was about to give birth so I got a medium sized box and lined it with an old shirt of mine and out it in an outside shelving with a larger cloth for privacy. The stray understood what I was doing and hopped right in when I put the box in place. She gave birth minutes later.
