Price of Fame is indeed a hidden staple for the format, which people will discover eventually. Other very good "hidden" plays are Tale's End, and "turn to frog" effects, like Frogify and Kasmina's Transmutation. These are especially valuable against God-Eternals used as commanders (because they cannot get stuffed into the library and HAVE to be replayed from the command zone with the command tax).

Dan, nice to see your first foray into Brawl. The boy done good. I like the Brawl format as much as it allows leverage of Singleton good stuff whereas standard good stuff normally needs full play sets of mythics / rares so very ftp impractical to craft and play. I went with Kaalia myself and present the list - arguably enough of the fetch for her etb and she can come down early. Maybe you can check the list out.

I also saw you merged your ftp content with main and understand the reasons why. Just happy you are continuing the ftp content and TLC vids. I know standard is your bag but for reasons of ftp Brawl is better. Also as you May recall although ftp in MTGA I do play paper with son Magic Master and bought the 4 Eldraine Brawl decks so great fun to play in cards. 🦑 🐉

For casual formats like Brawl (and Commander), "outside the game" means every copy of every card you own that's not in the deck.

I went with Sorin, Vengeful Bloodlord as my Commander. Lifelink was super relevant during the back-and-forth games (running multiple wraths helped), and kept Command the Dreadhorde relevant during all but the most dire of games. MVP was Bounty Agent thanks to all the recursion Orzhov coloring offers.

I loved this one, I think you built it right (aside from the little Karn misstep, but it's funny how there at the end your Karn would start working since Bolas was putting your stuff in exile). I'd actually like to see you build a Brawl deck from scratch, the process is interesting to me.

9:55 for science, thank you! I left Karn in my tezzeret brawl deck but I haven't been able to test him to see what would happen without a sideboard!

Gave Brawl a shot because of this video. My deck is just a mess of Grixis and has Mirror March and Thief of Sanity. I spawned 7 hasted Thief tokens when I played the Thief, which all got a good smack on the opponent and then I got like top tier cards with each of them: Teferi, Fires of Invention, Time Wipe, Enter the God Eternals, Ethereal Absolution, and Casualties of War (which blew up Bolas, Oath of Kaya, Field of the Dead, Tome of the Guildpact, and a field token). Felt bad for my opponent because he never got back in the game, but he stuck it out and let me play basically everything out, which was nice of him.

The reason why everyone prefers Vraska over Garruk is because Brawl, a lot like Commander, often features a ramp war/race in the first few turns, and Vraska can disrupt the opponent's ramp.
Players who run mana acceleration always perform better than their opponents who do not. When both players do, it's whoever does it first/better. Things like Chromatic lantern, Mana geode, Spinning wheel, Heraldic banner, and obviously the goose and the three 2-mana druids (if you play green) - all of these notably have CMC 3 or less, so it's a common thing for a turn 3 Vraska to go to 1 loyalty just to establish a firm lead in ramp development.

But yeah, of course you cannot search your entire collection, that wording there is for kitchen Magic. In any sanctioned game, "outside the game" means only your sideboard.
As a few people already mentioned here, the ability of Karn isn't exactly blank, you CAN fetch an artifact card from Exile with his -2 ability. But that's niche as hell.
