Emirates’s Weird Obsession With The A380 Revealed

While most airlines have turned their backs on the Airbus A380, with many retiring or phasing out the iconic superjumbo jet, Emirates stands firm. The airline seems obsessed with the aircraft, holding on to it with an unyielding grip. Even after Airbus ceased production of the A380 in 2021 and the industry moved toward smaller, more efficient planes, Emirates remains devoted to the massive aircraft. So, why is Emirates so determined to keep the A380 flying when everyone else has let go?

I still try to fly with them as often. While airline are shying away from the A380, passengers love it!

Emirates need wide body planes today, not next year. It's something that cannot be provided by the delayed 787 or even the A350 due to their long backlog order
