She is not guilty. That's what I believe and discern just like what I discerned on Daniel Penny's case. The judge must dismiss the case. Or the jury will render " Not guilty". Period.

State trooper Proctor should be charged under federal law for:
Coercing a witness to change her report, the medical examiner in the Karen Read case,
Sharing information with his friends and family, against MSP policy, accepting a gift/bribe for his wife in a criminal case, allowing witnesses to delete data on devices, Jennifer McCabe deleting data communications with her daughter Ally NcCabe, also a witness in the Karen Case, that's called tampering with evidence. This was done in the presence of state trooper Buckenik, who should also be charged for tampering with evidence in a criminal case.
