As a lifelong Alabama fan still in a deep depression losing my mind over Nick Saban being gone, I never thought I'd say this, but I hope Notre Dame wins the National Championship. Hear me out they are the lesser evil in my eyes compared to Ohio State, but going off the lowest hate level, I'd want Texas to win for the SEC. I honestly want Notre Dame to win for Lou Holtz so he gets to see one more in his lifetime because he's almost in his 90's. He used to drive me nuts lisping away with some bonehead take, but since he's been gone, I miss the old man. Time flies by too quickly, honestly.

I wouldve rather watched jags vs colts week 18 10x over before catching this game.
