I'm a little impartial to the SS3, seeing as how I work there and have made several pods personally, the quality is there, the Performance is there, and they look very refined and uniform, compared to the 4 bangers very angular look, I will say I am impressed that they squeezed out the same performance out of 3 Osram diodes, makes me wonder how long those boards will last running hotter though

DD i think is a clear winner here, i like it how wider it is compare to the 4banger. Also DD have an option for an Amber backlight it is SAE compliant making it road legal which the HXB is missing.

Both are great. Have the SS3, but would be happy with either.
Also love Baja designs

Both are great! I’d go whichever is cheaper.

Morimoto for the win. I have both, 4banger and SS3 pro.

I prefer the wider beam of SS3. The lower cutoff line helps my eyes focus on what is inside the pattern.

My choice is the 4Banger. It is a bit brighter but it is smaller so I can replace my factory fog lights with it. They are also smaller so they are less visible when I mount them by my A pillar.

I like the Diode Dynamics. They stand behind their warranty. They have done a great job of serving me. Also, when you call them you get a person that actually knows their product. Morimoto might be a great product, but they hare going to have to work to move me from DD.

Question: Will they dim if adequate airflow is provided or will they stay full illumination???

How do these two compare with the yellow option as fog lights? Is one better than the other? And if going with the yellow option, is it worth the HXB or the NCS in terms of the 4 banger?

Morimoto needs to make their light SAE compliant to make it an apples to apples. Comparison.

yea i am stuck between a rock and a hard place with this. Morimoto sells to Australia Diode Dynamics doesn't but they have a light bar and there ones are SAE meaning SAE fogs in most places if placed and aimed properly are coincided secondary low beams and can be used on the road. also the back light on DD's lights means they can act like clearance lights when off. what would really make me say " SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!!" would be lights that with a flick of a switch go from white to amber i rater white for normal night driving and amber for adverse conditions. thats just my opinion or money if some one makes it real.

Cool that you show DD has better thermal management to maintain close to peak lux. I have ss3 sport fog yellows and I absolutely adore them.
