For me, Zendaya and Tiana are girls with a strong character, persistent, talented and achieving their goals, so I drew her. It was not my intention to lighten the character or offend any of you. I draw characters from different cartoons and my vision of them, I do not pretend to choose actors. I saw that some people want to see Coco Jones, but I just don't know anything about her as a person and I can't draw her just because she matches her skin tone perfectly. To me, this is wrong and disrespectful to the character 🌸

Likewise, Disney could see that Ariel in their new film fits the character of a dark-skinned actress and cast her in the role, despite the fact that in the cartoon Ariel has white skin. I understand your feelings and why it might hurt you, but I did not mean anything bad with my drawing, why do some people here think i can't see skin tones when it's my job to draw and see colors? 😄💕
