Seeing this I just want to say thank god for the blessing of being a muslim us as Muslims we have a whole month dedicated for fasting and now seeing all the world trying it it just emphasize how great Islam is

Omg.. it's very interesting n amazing 👏 i started intermittent fasting before 1 week back my weight was 76 but this week my weight is 72 .I lost 4 kg in 1 week .I'm also followed 18:6 intermittent fasting. Thank you so much mam you doing great work much love ❤

But I am restricted to few food items like dairy products, high protein foods due to gallbladder stones I have been diagnosed with two months back. Those are really few calories aren't they? May be less than 1200, I think this would slow down the metabolism. I appreciate you sharing this, but I sincerely think this is really few calories for a majority of the people..

To lose weight you need to eat healthy and exercise. U need to burn more calories, then even if u eat rice u wont get fat and you dont have to fast for 18 hrs

I also have same routine bt I strt my day with cumin water n brkfst at 8:30-9am with tea n then no mid snacks... Then lunch at 2:30-3pm n after 3'o clock no meals... Water n night drink of cinnamon stick water
