Watched today’s episode of below deck med. Kind of makes me think of how I saw this in the first place. Rayna said the N word as a slur to Heather calling her the N word before Heather said it back. Then tonight Rayna calls the only other black crew member white. Just because your black doesn’t mean you can’t be racist. Everyone has been starring at Heather and it feels like no one has seen Rayna.

Rayna made it apparent that she hasn’t change in the reunion show, she owes Wes a huge apology after dragging him over the old racist coals. Little girl feeds off the attention. Now that she quite drinking she needs anger management.

Actually, there weren't very many stews available at the time. That was shown on last week's episode when Captain Lee was trying to find a replacement. Also, Fraser didn't answer the question about Heather's apology. She apologized twice to Rayna and she accepted the apology and yet still went behind Heather's back and talked crap about her. Very immature.

Rayna complained and acted up so much as a worker. She doesn't show respect for others much. Make an accident into an intention. Heather def should be back on the show. She is a great chief!

Heather apologised 2x and was forgiven 2x. Heather never said it again and she said she felt horrible for ever saying it again. I also think Fraser can sure give criticism but sure can’t take it.

Heather is the best chief stew i have seen in any of the below deck shows and seasons EVER... She is sweet and positive... I hate how they talk crap behind her back...

I think Rayna has a chip on her shoulder about something more then what Heather said, and I don't think any amount of apologizing would have been good enough for her.
What Heather said was wrong and inappropriate, but I just think there is more going on with Rayna and hopefully we discover what that is in the next episode.
She seems to look for the negative in what some people are saying. She reminds me of Lexi, but not nearly as bad.

Rayna doesn’t want to be perceived at the angry black woman. But that’s EXACTLY how she behaved. She’s the racist here. Her hatred of white people was so obvious.

Rayna was a problem from the get go. I didn’t care for her or her attitude throughout the whole season. If she comes back I’m done with this show.

Heather has apologized enough. Funny how it's not ok if Heather is drunk and says something but it's ok for rayna to say Wes isn't black for not agreeing with her...smh..psycho rayna strikes again...smh

Reyna is a petty female who only worries about herself. lol she isn’t worried about how other females, look at how she was with a man who had a fiancé? She knew and she still kept sticking her tongue down his throat. Yeah he did it as well and he should not have, but I mean really? You are

Heather was wrong in that situation and she should have never done that. However, don’t sit there and say to her the next day, “it’s okay, we all make mistakes” keep
It real and tell her how you feel. Not how she handled it. All of it was cringe to watch. They act like children.
