*PROOF* It was in fact Evra who refused to shake hands

Evra Lowered his hand as Suarez approached, so no wonder he went straight to De Gea thinking Evra didn't want to shake his hand. Evra then offers his hand only after Suarez is past! Very Clever Evra! He made sure any handshake would have to be Suarez stopping and offering it to him, for HIM to accept (or decline). If he'd left his hand out like he had for all the other players, maybe it would have been shaken?
